Identified: A solution has been identified, but implementation has not yet begun.
Underway: Solution’s implementation has begun. In some cases, assistance from the customer may be required. This will be indicated in the ‘resources’ column as well as the issue’s notes and/or comments.
Testing: The solution’s implementation is being tested internally by Boon team members.
UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Solution requires customer approval to confirm it meets their requirements.
Resolved: The solution has passed UAT.
