Interview Participants

On the "Interview Participants" page, begin by clicking on the button labeled "Clear sample data" to remove any existing sample data.

Next, click on the button labeled "Add New participant" to open a window where you can enter information about the participants.

Fill in the details for the first participant, then close the window.

Click the "Add New participant" button again to insert information for additional participants.

Repeat this process for each participant you want to include.

Interview questions

Similar to the previous step, start by clicking on the "Clear sample data" button on the "Interview questions" page.

Click on the button labelled "Add new interview questions" to open a window where you can enter your interview questions.

Insert one question at a time, then close the window.

Repeat this process to add all of your interview questions.

Interview responses

Begin on the "Interview responses" page by clicking on the "Clear sample data" button.

This page is designed for data collection during the interviewing process.

Before entering answers, select the participant from the left-hand side of the page.

After selecting the participant, click on the green button labelled "Add questions" to add the interview questions for that participant.

Once the questions are added, proceed to enter the corresponding answers under the "Answers" column.

Each row represents one question and one answer, so please ensure you enter them accordingly.

Interview results

Start on the "Interview results" page by clicking on the "Clear sample data" button.

In this section, you can add any notes or additional information related to the interview results.

The "AI Results" column will automatically populate with the analysis generated by the AI.

Use the "Your Notes and Analysis" column for any human-specific comments, insights, or additional analysis.

The analytics and results are presented per question for all participants in this section.

Generating a full report:

To generate a full report based on respondents' answers and the analysis, go to the "Interview results" page.

Look for the column labelled "Full Report" and click the refresh button.

The report will be generated for you, incorporating the collected data and analysis.

Remember to follow the provided instructions and make use of the different sections within the document for a smooth and efficient interviewing and analysis process.
