1.1 The Blue Planet Conservation Challenge (hereafter referred to as "the Challenge") is open to individuals (hereafter referred to as "Participants") who are passionate about conservation and are aged 18 and older.
1.2 Employees or Contractors of Blue Planet LLC are not eligible to participate.
2. Registration:
2.1 Participants must register for the Challenge on the official website or through other designated channels.
2.2 Registration is free of charge.
3. Challenge Description:
3.1 The Challenge aims to encourage Participants to join Blue Planet in caring about our Ocean and rewarding those who are dedicated to this cause through action.
3.2 Each Participant must claim their points by submitting the official form on the Blue Planet Conservation Challenge webpage.
4. Submission Requirements:
4.1 Submissions for points will be verified by Blue Planet staff members before being added to the leaderboard.
4.2 Blue Planet reserves the right to revoke points or deny submission of points for any reason.
4.3. Blue Planet reserves the right to add, remove or amend actions and point values at any time during the Challenge period.
5. Prizes:
5.1 The prizes for the Challenge will be outlined on the official Challenge website. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.2 The Grand Prize will be 1(one) diver spot, in a double occupancy room on one of our regularly-scheduled certification trips to Cozumel. The trip must be between September 2024 and December 2025. The value is equal to the advertised trip price at that time and does not include airfare, transportation costs, taxes, service charges, meals, activities or anything else not listed under inclusions on the trip registration page. The winner is required to purchase their own dive accident insurance and travel/trip insurance prior to the trip. All regular Blue Planet trip booking terms and conditions apply.
6. Disqualification:
6.1 Blue Planet LLC reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
7. Changes and Cancellation:
7.1 Blue Planet LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge at any time, for any reason.
8. Liability:
8.1 Blue Planet LLC is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in the Challenge.
