Structure
Use CoRE-Math Areas as H2 headings (e.g. Communication, Dissemination, Funding, Management, etc.).
Use Projects as H3 sub-headings under the relevant Area (e.g. Newsletter, ECMI Conference 2026, Summer School 2027 (UNZA), Funding Strategy, New Members, etc.).
Formatting
Insert a horizontal divider line (---) between each H3 section for readability.
Avoid unnecessary bullet lists.
Write in clear, professional prose.
Actions
Identify all concrete actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
Integrate actions inside the relevant section under a short Action label (not as a separate list at the end).
Make actions explicit about who does what.
Content handling
Remove repetitions and noise.
Preserve important names, dates, locations, and decisions.
If topics were discussed and one option was chosen, clearly state which one was selected.
The result should read like clean, structured project notes that can be pasted directly into Coda/Airtable/Word without further editing.
