Filtered dropdown options make things more efficient and reduce mistakes
On this table, we customized the Manager column with a filter that will only show employees with a management level one level higher than the current employee. The larger your employee group is, the more helpful filters like these are.
We added a similar filter to the Level column to consolidate that dropdown list as well.
