1. The Role Defined
Your Mission:
Belle Muse is scaling up — and we win by running lean, smart, and tight.
You’ll be the engine behind that on the HR side: keeping hiring pipelines moving, flagging inefficiencies before they bottleneck, and evolving our operations to match the speed and ambition of our team.
This isn’t an assistant role. It’s an operational one.
You’ll execute daily, but you’ll think in systems — and help build the ones that make Belle Muse the agency no one wants to leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Own our recruitment pipeline. Post jobs, Source, screen, and push candidates through the funnel with urgency and accuracy — zero delays.
Write weekly team activity reports. You’ll track data from Hubstaff and flag what matters — so we can act on it.
Spot inefficiencies and fix them. Every process can be cleaner. You’ll help us find and implement smarter systems.
Document and improve. Everything you touch gets logged, mapped, and made better for the next person.
Success KPIs:
Candidate Attraction: Number of DMs sent to potential candidates each day and percentage of job postings published on time per the ATS schedule.
Candidate Recruitment Funnel Progression: Percentage of screened candidates moved to the next stage within 24 hours.
Activity Monitoring Compliance: Percentage of weekly Hubstaff reports delivered on time with actionable productivity insights or suggestions submitted per month.
HR Process Improvement: Number of HR systems or process improvements proposed and implemented each month.
Expected Outcomes:
Candidate Attraction: Send a minimum of 200 DMs per workday to qualified candidates and maintain ≥95% on-time job posting compliance with the posting schedule across all active job boards every week.
Candidate Recruitment Funnel Progression: Move 100% of candidates to the next step of their recruitment process within 24 hours.
Activity Monitoring Compliance: Submit Hubstaff productivity reports 100% on time every Monday, with at least 1 actionable productivity insight or suggestion per week tied to observed trends.
HR Process Improvement: Propose and implement at least 1 meaningful HR improvement per month, with a clear description of the change, the problem it solves, and the time or effort saved.
