As per previous good reviews, placed the order and till now it seems good, handy and fast , can buy. Affordable price with good features. Only complaint is that there is no old phone exchange availablity, first it was then they have removed , which is not fair means, Delivery boy was unable to verify the exchange code inspite of feeding all correct information, which is one lacunae. So an advice to Amazon seller, do work on this old phone exchange feature will be useful for future buyer's. Also on fingerprint lock feature.

REDIMI A2 IS ONLY FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO USE PHONE FOR CASUAL USAGE LIKE CALLING, WATCHING YOUTUBE AND FOR WHATSAPP AND UPI NOT FOR HEAVY USAGE LIKE GAMING OR IN ANY CASE FOR LONG USE. THE PHONE BECOMES HOT AT BACK IF YOU USE FOR LONG TIME AT A ROW. THE LOOK AND BUILD QUALITY IS GOOD AT THIS PRICE POINT.

The phone is good.
However there was dust probably sand particle inside the box and had scratched the outer plastic cover of the phone, luckily there was nothing on the phone display.
Not sure how can it even happen in such a packed box piece.

There is a reason why a big screen with 5000 mah battery is cheap. The first impression of phone without complete setup is good, but as soon as you start loading the mobile with apps, it starts to weigh down and with all apps loaded and notifications coming in, the phone struggles to keep up. Android Go helps in core processing but apps not optimised for the Go OS keep downing the phone. A good phone for limited apps and long use.

The product arrived damaged, and the seller refused to provide a refund. Terrible experience.

Reviewing after using it for a day. The basic features like turning off app drawer (home screen layout) or showing clock, weather on home screen (widgets) are not available, even screenshot option is not there. And strangely the back button is at the left hand side of the home button which makes it difficult to operate for right handed people. Picture quality is okay, texts are big and prominent, and helpful for elderly people for their first use.

Doesnot connect with oneplus neckbands but connects well with other bluetooth headphones...decent performance otherwise if your expectations are not too high.

Compared to Redmi 12c.. Product has basic features only.. But it's ok.. Np.. Value for money

1).During the call internet doesn't work.
2).heat while charging
3). Notification bar function are really tough to use
4). when you put the phone on speaker voice clarity is not good
5).there is no screen shot icon or tag
6). too much of pre installed Google app
7).there is no pause function while recording the video

Redmi saste phone bana kr de rha hai so tik h phone but basic latest settings nhi de rha jese screen shot. Net uses. Net speed charging pin usp port hai charge 10watt ka slow h 500or le lete basic features laga dete. But smart pon lena h le sakte.
