Before we start our workshop we should have everything we need from the client set up in a way that’s easy for us to access. That means however we’ve gotten the information (Trello, Notion, Google Slides, PDF) we should have it in a format we can all digest. We do this so that:
We know we’ve read everything, and looked at everything carefully. Details have been considered from day one. The rest of the team doesn’t waste time trying to understand new formats and systems, and so are more likely to engage with critical content and/or find it in a pinch. This Maximises Room for Magic™.
