It also seems with life, you can have anything, you just got to deploy the actions to get it. If you don't decide on a goal, then your goals will be set by someone else who has enslaved you. You have to set your own goals to be your own master. And the goals really don't matter, as whatever you do, it is just a program to run, and time flies fleetingly away anyway; so set a timeframe to do the goal, then the do the actions, then you will be higher up the mountain and be able to set better and better goals the higher you get. Don't set ambitious goals at level 0, just set the goal to get to the next level. So no million dollars at level 0, instead just do; clean room, health, work, etc. Once you have that, then level 1, then level 2, then level 3, and so on to level 9000. It's almost as if the levels of discipline acquisition is what unlocks the abilities, not the other way round. You don't level up by getting more abilities and accomplishments, no! What it is is that you unlock abilities and accomplishments by the acquisition of deliberate experience to tailored goals.

LEVEL 0

Action: do dishes, vacuum, make bed, clean bathroom and sink

Unlocks: pride in one's home, warmth of one's bed for easy rest once faculties exhausted, health and easy to facilitate daily tasks

LEVEL 1

Action: do 9 hours of focused work

Unlocks: money and self respect and timekeeping

I guess I always thought it was the other way round, that the ability unlocks the reward. But it is the actions that unlock the ability.
