If you are just starting out, these are the basics that you need. They will have you sounding and looking good. However, the webcam will be constrained by the power of your computer and internet connection.

USB Microphone
Allows intricate software customisation of values such as gain and whatnot, making it more versatile for more environments than the previous Yeti. The other options of same ability are XLR microphones, which require a lot more cash for a lot more parts.

Microphone Shock Mount
Have it horizontally flat, as vertically flat does not prevent shock noise.

Webcam & Microphone Arm
I tried the Rode PS1, the Blue Compass, and this, which is 1/10 of the price of the others, however this is actually better. Got one for my webcam, and one for my Blue Yeti. No issues.

Green Screen
Compact green screen. A bit short when using on a standing desk though, would be better if it was at least another foot higher - but if you put it closer to you, then you are fine.
