WHO WE ARE

Strategic Launch Network exists to see spiritual renewal across North America by planting churches in strategic cities. We launch planters who are called, equipped, and motivated for the work of church planting, connect them with the resources their churches need to succeed, and walk with them for a lifetime through coaching and community.

WHERE WE PLANT

We focus on major North American cities without a strong Christian population, with the prayer that these influential cities will spark spiritual renewal across their region and the country. Cities where we’ve planted include: Washington, D.C, New York City, San Francisco, Phoenix, Boston, Naples and Portland.

These initial conversations in our pre-assessment phase help us learn if SLN is the right church planting partner for you.

Select

Our engagement in the selection process is comprehensive and holistic; as we are committed to high standards for long term health. This step includes a candid interview and a detailed application which includes assessments and references.
We launch a class of 10 selected planters annually.

Coach

Our team helps you develop a strategy particular to you, your city, and your vision. We also connect you with successful church planters in your region that offer support and coaching.
Connect: We connect you to two invaluable resources: 1) a network of other church planters to walk this road with, and 2) resources generously given through our network of SLN partners.
Launch: We will walk with you closely through these early days through coaching and planning, and celebrate your launch with you.
Sustain: As an SLN church planter, you’ll be joining a legacy of faithful pastors who know what it’s like in the church planting trenches, and want to help you persevere; our community has helped SLN maintain a church planting success rate of over 96%. You’ll gain access to individualized coaching and advice while you’re strategizing during launch and throughout your first 3 years and on an ongoing basis, as needed.
