Select an individual bid to review.

Under “Bidding Information” you’ll see the lease information, bid amount, and lease payment terms associated with that bidder. Under the “Bidder Profile” you’ll see the information supplied by each farmer to aid in your bid selection process.

2. Accept offer

Once you’ve evaluated the potential bidders, select the green “Accept Offer” button at the top of the “Bid Details” to begin the contract process with your next tenant.

Once you have accepted the offer, a signature screen will appear. Using your mouse, sign your name in the designated box. If there are multiple owners on the property, they will also need to sign the contract. Click on the “Add More Signers”, and include all relevant co-owners names and email addresses.

Once you’ve signed, click “Accept”. Your new tenant is now notified their bid was accepted, and the status of your land is now “Pending Lease” with “Accepted” next to the winning bidder in your dashboard.

Upon the farmer bidder counter signing and accepting the contract, you have now entered into a fully executed agreement which can be viewed under the “Leases” section of your dashboard.
