Austin does an excellent job of handling tenant questions and issues. Great communicator and problem solver. Very thoughtful of owners concerns and requests.
I’m a homeowner who is normally very in touch with my house and its potential issues, but we live out of state and there is still too much time spent worrying about certain things and we feel compelled to come back at least twice a year for several weeks to address things. The things I worry or think about the most are:
Evidence of water issues in bathroom by tub Cracking caulk around tub Settling cracks in house - we have had foundation issues recently and still worry about additional issues that may be indicated by cracks. Checking exterior of house for issues such as termites, rodent holes, wood rot/siding issues, screen damage, fence issues (fallen planks), issues (drips) with the spigots.
Since we have outdoor space, we would love to have the decks and seating cleaned before guests arrive to set a good tone when guests check in.
We are very happy to have more regular maintenance occurring
