This Engagement Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between Atlan, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and __________________, hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant." Collectively, the Company and the Consultant shall be referred to as the "Parties."
Purpose of Engagement:
The Company intends to engage the Consultant's services to provide [brief description of the consultant's services, e.g., strategic planning, organizational development, etc.].

This Contract shall commence on ________ and shall continue until the completion of the agreed-upon services, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms stated herein.

Independent Contractor Relationship:
The Consultant acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Atlan, LLC. The Consultant shall be solely responsible for any taxes, insurance, or other obligations arising from their status as an independent contractor.
Governing Law:
This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Washington.
Entire Agreement:
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Consultant and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
Amendments:
No amendment or modification of this Contract shall be valid or binding unless it is in writing and signed by both Parties.
By signing below, the Parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this Contract and agree to be bound by its provisions.
