User case

Theory


User case is one of test-analysis techniques. So we can use it to describe and clarify requirements (as S&T schemes and decision tables). As a result, ready-made test cases are obtained:
main flow (or basic path) - the main positive test;
each alternative is a negative test;
each parameter is an additional positive test.
