Defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

icon picker
Profile 2 - Chemical Industry

Example Companies - DS Linetech, Dewon, Samsung, Hynix, SK, Korea Zinc, LG Flatpanel
Process
Manager - People who take the management decision - allocate the money, greenlights, process, reliability, doesn’t know all the technical details.
Engineer - figure out the accuracy of density meters for example, knows all the technical details, installation details, - can I install this on my pipe? Is present for installation/validation.
Day to Day User (Operator) - looks at the values and takes a decision based on those values. Operator is supervised by Engineer.

Key Concerns
Managers are concerned with cost/pricing, and making the project happen. Can the process start/continue without issues?
Operators are concerned with the day-to-day usage of the product, so it’s important to make sure the UX/Software works properly for their needs. Need to understand what they’re seeing, e.g. units of measurement.
Engineers are concerned with the feasibility of using the device, in terms of accuracy but also in terms of getting what they need from the device (installation etc.).

Targeting
When we talk about SDM ECO being cheaper long term than Nukes, we’re targeting Managers.
When we talk about accuracy, we’re primarily targeting Engineers.
When we talk about UX/UI improvements, units, MPC calibration etc. we’re targeting Operators. R&D social posts will be mostly targeting Operators.
