This data continues to show that, overtime, new accounts churn rate based on subscription level may not have a huge impact on churn rate, as it is constantly changing month after month.
It seems that as PhoneBurner gets better at servicing new teams, less of them are leaving, and I believe that as we continue to get better, less and less of new PB team accounts will be churning after only a month or two.
