The data below is based on account numbers not seat numbers.
The charts of Active PB accounts show the total number of each account type we had at the end of Q1 in 2021 and 2022.

The graphs above show the following:
In Q1 2021 and Q1 2022, new accounts that stopped using PhoneBurner after a month matched our current user base at the type almost 1 to 1.
From Q1 2021 to Q1 2022, there has been a shift in the number of users using our higher pricing options, and that correlated to the types of new accounts we had leaving as well.

These charts show the following:
From Q1 2021 to Q1 2022, PB’s percentage of team accounts to solo accounts has decreased.
But, in better news, PB has seen a dramatic decrease in the percentage of new team accounts that leave after 1 month.
This means that PB has gotten better in the last year at accommodating our new team accounts.
