The data shows that 13% of customers in the last two years have gotten some kind of discount and the majority of those customers had slightly better short and long term retention compared to customers that pay full price. This could be the case because more of our premium team accounts get discounts, and most of those teams have better churn. We should also consider how we can get more user’s discounts because that may increase our overall retention rate.
