This chart shows that there will most likely be a constant correlation between account size and short & long term churn rate. In the past year, the data has seen almost no change. Or you should just say that the best retention will always be the bigger accounts: From these two data sets, the accounts that have the best retention are large teams, small teams, medium teams, tiny teams, and solos respectively.
