Periodontal Chart

The periodontal chart need to be filled everytime a new patient is coming, and should be reevaluated once every 6 months by the dentist.
Below are the components of the Periodontal Chart and how to interact with it:

Tooth Number: ​Indicates the tooth position in the mouth. Clicking the number of any tooth will visually fade out all its values indicating missing tooth.
Mobility: ​Indicates how much the tooth is moving from its original position. Data can be entered by typing the category the tooth fall into:
Category 1 : Movability of the crown of the tooth 0.2 – 1 mm in horizontal direction Category 2 : Movability of the crown of the tooth exceeding 1 mm in horizontal direction Category 3 : Movability of the crown of the tooth in horizontal and vertical direction

Implant: Clicking the implant button will fill the implant button, indicates that this tooth is an implant.
Furcation: ​Noting degree of furcation of all molars and first premolars. ​Repeated clicking the furcation button will cycle between the degree of any furcation:
Empty: Furcation not detectable Degree 1: Furcation detectable, with a horizontal component of probing ≤3mm Degree 2: Furcation detectable, with a horizontal component of probing >3mm Degree 3: Furcation is opened through and through
Bleeding on Probing (BOP) and Plaque: ​Bleeding on Probing and Plaque will be recorded on six sites per tooth (three buccal and three lingual sites, respectively). Click to activate and deactivate.
Gingival Margin (mm): ​Gingival margin is the distance from the clinical gingival margin to any given reference such as the cemento-enamel junction. Gingival margin value can be typed in positive value and/or negative value (when the gingival margin is located apically to the cemento-enamel junction)
Probing Depth (mm): ​Probing depth is the distance between the gingival margin and the bottom of the gingival sulcus or the periodontal pocket. Probing depth value can be typed according with the pocket depth is in milimeters(mm)
Note: Click and type in the note field will allow to enter a short note for each tooth.
