To organize a school supplies drive that supports under-resourced students or teachers in the community or your school by providing essential learning materials while also raising awareness within our school about educational inequality

September – Research & Planning
Meet with the supervisor/mentor to finalize the plan. Create promotional materials October – Launch Supply Drive
Announce a project to the community Place collection boxes in strategic locations November – Collection Phase
Continue collecting supplies. Track progress weekly (count items, record participation) Share updates with the community to encourage more donations December – Sorting & Distribution
Deliver supplies to teachers. January – Reflection (trifolds come in)
Reflect on what was learned during this process Brainstorm whether to continue and make new blueprint or not February – Prepare
Prepare the presentation on trifolds March – Presentation
