B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Remote, India)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving demand and generating leads in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, a data-driven approach to decision making, and a knack for creative problem-solving. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualities of an ideal candidate

Experience in B2B Marketing:
Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
Understanding of the sales cycle and customer journey in a B2B context.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
Proven Success in Pipeline Building:
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline through various channels.
Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Campaign Management Expertise:
Ability to design, execute, and optimise targeted marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Innovative and Experimental Mindset:
Creative thinker who can devise and test new growth strategies.
Comfortable with experimentation and able to quickly pivot based on results.
Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
North America Market Knowledge:
Familiarity with the North American market and its nuances.
Understanding of cultural and business practices relevant to this region.
Adaptability and Agility:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Demand Generation:
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and achieve growth targets.
Leverage expertise in demand generation to optimise campaigns, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches to enhance lead acquisition.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales goals.
Run Multi-Channel Campaigns:
Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, website, and webinars, to engage target audiences and generate leads.
Oversee the creation of compelling content and messaging tailored to each channel to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximise ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
Marketing Operations:
Lead marketing operations tasks, including campaign setup, execution, and tracking within marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Ensure optimisation of marketing processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of demand generation activities.
Hands-On Execution and Strategy Development:
Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to ensure successful implementation of demand generation plans and optimisation of marketing efforts.

Ideally, the person in the role would have:

Years of Experience
4-7 years in a growth marketing or demand generation role, with significant experience in B2B marketing.
Educational Background
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Cultural Fit
Enthusiastic about joining an early-stage startup, adaptable to change, and eager to contribute to the company's growth journey
