Our Specialist confidently and compassionately partners with our users to help them through the process. On any given day, you will...
Break down complicated retirement and financial topics into clear concepts, acting as a transfer partner and trusted advisor to our users.
Navigate conventional 401(k) transfer processes via phone, paper, and post (“snail-mail”).
Guide users through our user-friendly web-based application.
Call 401(k) providers to track down missing information.
Manage customer support confidently, both via phone or email.
Handle all of our tickets and answer any questions about Manifest:
Basic 401(k) terminology, navigating our application, answering FAQs, and troubleshooting bugs and flaws in our application.
Build on our external-facing FAQ database and internal documentation as we continue growing.
Leverage new and existing tech to improve our existing processes.
Who we’re looking for:
Solid understanding of complex financial and retirement-related
Candidates will be asked to pass the FINRA Series 65 Exam or equivalent.
1-3 years of applicable experience, preferably in direct customer or client-facing roles
Superb communication skills
Familiarity with technology
Curiosity and persistence when faced with obstacles
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
