💡 In our quest to create the first-ever digital retirement transfer solution, Manifest has partnered with leaders like WashU in St. Louis, The Aspen Institute, and Northwestern Mutual to study the retirement decisions of everyday Americans. As the lead researcher for Manifest’s fifth white-paper, you’ll build upon our retirement transfer data from the University of Chicago, Leidos, and other employers, bringing us one step closer to seamless transfers for all!
We’re looking for a behavioral economics geek with drive, talent, and a passion for reinventing retirement. If you’re looking to build a resource that will make a difference for millions of Americans, this is the job for you!

What you’ll do

Study how everyday Americans decide how, where, and when to transfer retirement balances
Build upon Manifest’s pre-existing transfer data from top employers
Communicate complex retirement concepts and findings
Create a groundbreaking white paper that explores the “how” and “why” of modern retirement decision-making behaviors
