Overview

This tutorial is meant to help you setup the automation necessary to send order forms taken the website to Printavo for both small & large orders.
There are two main automation to re-create:
Small order form:
Webflow > Zapier > Airtable
Webflow > UploadCare > Zapier > Airtable
Airtable > Zapier > Printavo

Large order form:
Typeform > Zapier > Airtable
Airtable > Zapier > Printavo

Small Order Flow

Access the airtable base here:

Step 1: Populate the Airtable base with Forms filled from Webflow

Webflow > Zapier > Airtable

Step 2: Send Artwork uploaded on website to the Airtable base

Webflow > UploadCare > Zapier > Airtable
This will create a new row in Airtable populated with the raw data from Webflow the artwork link from UploadCare.

Step 2: Create New Quote in Printavo from Airtable base

New Airtable row > Zapier > Printavo

Large Order Flow

Step 1: Send Typeform entries into Airtable

New Typeform entry > Zapier > Airtable

Step 2: Create New Quote in Printavo from Airtable base

New Airtable row > Zapier > Printavo
