We would like to Thank You and your Staff for choosing to exhibit and participate in our 38th Annual WEMSA 2024 Conference & Expo located at the in the Green Bay area (Ashwaubenon, WI).

Arrival

To facilitate the arrival of exhibitors, we have coordinated with the Resch Expo to allow vehicle access to the rear loading parking lot.
Standard Booth set up is on Wednesday, January 31st between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Your booth must be set by 3:00 pm CT.

Vehicle Booths MUST BE IN PLACE before 1:00 pm on Wednesday for Vehicle Inspection!

Exhibitor Meeting

An all exhibitor meeting will be in the center of the Exhibit Hall (Hall A/B) and will be at 3:00 pm CT to provide announcements, answer questions, etc.

Loading Zone

The loading zone is located in the rear of the Resch Expo along Lombardi Ave. Please follow the arrows of where you can load in or enter the Exhibit Hall.

Please note that only vehicle exhibitors are allowed to drive into the Exhibit Hall due to fuel restrictions and facility policies.
There will be flat carts located inside of the Exhibit Hall to assist with bringing in your booth materials (if needed).
Please avoid the northwest corner of the parking lot. Exhibitors are allowed to park in the rear lot closest to Lombardi Ave (labeled Exhibitor Parking on the map below).
In the event of bad weather, helicopters may need to be landed on your move-in day. Please note that helicopter arrival takes precedence and your entry into the Exhibit Hall may be delayed due to a delayed arrival of our helicopters.

During The Event

Internet

Public Wi-Fi or wireless internet access is available in the Resch Expo. There is no password required to access it.

Conference Registration/Check-In

The Registration Desk will be located in the lower level of the Resch Expo, just outside of the Exhibit Hall doors. Please stop by to pickup your name badge.
Registration Desk hours are as follows:
Mon, Jan 30th: 3:00pm - 6:00pm (attendees only)
Tues, Jan 31st: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Wed, Feb 1st: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Thurs, Feb 2nd: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Fri, Feb 3rd: 7:00am - 2:00pm

Meals

The Resch Expo will be selling lunch passes on Thursday and Friday inside the Exhibit Hall. Lunch passes may be purchased inside the Exhibit Hall during the meal time. Lunch will be buffet style and costs $25 per lunch.
Lunch is served during the following times:
Wed, Jan 31st from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Thurs, Feb 1st from 11:30 am - 1:45 pm
Fri, Feb 2nd from 11:30 am - 1:45 pm
If you do not want to join us for lunch, there are options available in the Ashwaubenon area.
Breakfast for all days is on your own. Most of the hotels provide a continental breakfast and there are options available in the Ashwaubenon area.

Hotel Reservations & Conference Parking

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. Our room blocks are filling up quick! If you haven’t already done so, please reserve your hotel rooms as soon as possible. Information about the group hotel rates can be found on the . If our room blocks are full, no need to worry. There are around 60 hotels in the Green Bay area to choose from.

Health & Safety Precautions

WEMSA Staff will continue to monitor the evolving guidance regarding Covid-19 protocols released by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as all federal, state, and local government mandates, to provide an environment that is as safe as possible for all event participants.

Conference Attire

Be sure to bring layers, as room and Exhibit Hall temperatures fluctuate. We will have an area set aside to hang your coat, it will be located near the registration desk on the lower level of the Resch Expo however it will not be staffed. WEMSA and the Resch Expo are not liable for any missing items. Please leave all valuables in your hotel room, on your person or at home.

Transportation

You will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the airport, hotel and conference. Uber, Lyft and Taxi services are available to use, and based on availability of drivers at the time of the requested transport.

We will have a backdrop and photo booth props for you to take some pictures with on Wednesday by the Registration Desk and on Thursday evening at the . We welcome you to tag us in your posts! We encourage you to share your experiences during the conference by using #WEMSA2024!.

Stop by the Registration & Info Desk located in the lower level of the Resch Expo.

Departure

The conference exhibits will conclude on Friday, February 2nd at 2:00 PM. Move out will be on a first come, first serve basis. There may be exhibitors that need to clear out before the helicopters can safely make their way out. If weather conditions are not favorable, the Resch Expo will allow the helicopters to remain inside hall “A” until they can safely depart.
