Use this template to add and manage assets for your marketing team.
We’ve all been there: “Where is that GIF?” “Do we have an updated version of our intro video?”
Use this table to grow and manage your team’s library of marketing assets, and to search and find the assets you need, when you need them.

💡 Tips for using this template
- Update the table to include types of assets your team produces
- Update the table to include file types your team uses most often
- Users can add items using the button below, or by entering directly into the table; if they would like to override the “Date Added” (because perhaps they’re uploading an older file), the “Date Added Override” column can be accessed by opening the row and choosing “show hidden columns”
- Use any combination of filters to narrow down your search, or use the subpages of this page to see , , or
- Encourage your team to use the “I’ve used it!” column to help your team see the most popular files from your team
