Enhanced Partnership Opportunties

In addition to expanding our vaccination services, we see numerous opportunities to further enhance our partnership with Cross Border Xpress (CBX) and collaborate on initiatives that promote community health and well-being. The following opportunities represent areas where our organizations can work together to achieve shared goals and maximize the impact of our partnership:

Alignment with CBX Employee Wellness Initiatives: We propose aligning our efforts with CBX's Employee Wellness Initiatives or assisting in the establishment of such programs through our existing partnerships with the county and other healthcare organizations. By prioritizing employee wellness, we can contribute to a healthier workforce and foster a culture of well-being within the CBX community.

Promotion of CBX Public Health Partners and Initiatives: We aim to actively promote CBX's various public health partners and monthly initiatives, leveraging our communication channels and community outreach efforts to raise awareness and encourage participation. By highlighting CBX's commitment to public health, we can strengthen our partnership and amplify the impact of our collective efforts.

Support for Respiratory Disease Prevention: Given CBX's role as an airport and the heightened concern around respiratory diseases, we propose collaborating on initiatives to raise awareness and prevent the spread of respiratory illnesses. We can provide educational materials, presentations, and workshops in partnership with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and the County of San Diego, focusing on best practices for respiratory disease prevention and control.

Engagement of Medical Community: With our access to the medical community, we have the opportunity to facilitate dialogue and collaboration between healthcare professionals and CBX leadership. By convening stakeholders from both organizations, we can identify innovative strategies for addressing public health challenges and explore opportunities for joint initiatives and partnerships.

Exploration of Joint Community Outreach Efforts: We envision joint community outreach efforts that leverage our respective strengths and resources to reach underserved populations and promote health equity. Whether through collaborative community health events, joint marketing and promotional campaigns, or coordinated efforts to address public health challenges on both sides of the border, we can work together to ensure that all members of the CBX community have access to essential health services and information.

Opportunities for Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement: As part of our partnership, we can explore opportunities for corporate social responsibility and community engagement initiatives that align with CBX's values and priorities. By investing in initiatives that benefit the community and support local organizations, we can demonstrate our commitment to making a positive impact and building stronger, healthier communities.

Continuous Evaluation and Improvement: As we embark on these enhanced partnership opportunities, we are committed to ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement.
