Cross Border Xpress (CBX) Partnership and Vaccine Implementation Plan
Addressing Concerns
As we proceed with our partnership and vaccine implementation plan, we understand the importance of proactively addressing concerns and mitigating risks. While direct engagement with CBX leadership has not yet occurred, we are committed to initiating regular bi-weekly or monthly check-ins to facilitate open communication and collaboration. These check-ins will provide an opportunity to address concerns, share successes, and ensure alignment with CBX's objectives.
In addition to regular check-ins, we would like your guidance on developing a communication plan to ensure effective communication with the CBX marketing team. This plan will outline the process for communicating needs, changes, and updates related to promotional materials and marketing initiatives. By establishing clear communication channels and protocols, we aim to streamline communication and enhance collaboration between our teams.
With your guidance, we will create a communication plan to address urgent matters that may arise during vaccine clinics or other activities. This plan will define the process for escalating and resolving urgent issues in a timely manner, ensuring that any concerns or challenges are addressed promptly and effectively.
Lastly, we would appreciate your input in developing a floor plan and layout guide for the clinic design to minimize disruption to CBX operations. This guide will outline the optimal layout and setup for the clinic space, taking into account factors such as traffic flow, signage placement, and designated areas for vaccination services. By proactively designing the clinic layout, we aim to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for CBX clients and staff.
By implementing these proactive measures and communication strategies, we are confident that we can address concerns, mitigate risks, and build a strong and mutually beneficial partnership with CBX.
