Info & Setup

This is a simple FAQ module for your teams to use throughout your docs. Add categories, assign teams as category champions, and get people answers to their org questions
Note: if you see an open button, like

, use it instead of the standard open row button (it sets essential control values in the backend)
Setup
delete all existing data to get started (
Settings

ESSENTIAL: go to the
ST People
⁠
page and add yourself and anyone else from your team
set their Coda Person, and their teams (go to
ST Teams
⁠
page to add teams)
if you haven’t, add some
ST Teams
⁠
go to
ST Categories
⁠
create some useful categories (example HR, IT support)
add the team(s) that will be responsible for answering these questions
go to the
FAQ
⁠
page and add some questions
when opening a question
a champion for that category will see a view that let’s them add an answer and select a best answer - they can also reassign to a different category
a non-champion will just see the available answers
