Can we align on the Costs?
I have a base budget but it needs a lot of work - we’re still waiting for costs from IT on our insanely sprawling tech stack. Really wish there was some way we could condense that...
we should consider consolidating in Coda - huge budget saver! And we could join the Coda Guild to level up our building.
oh great point, Coda Guild helped The Founder move from Coda Curious to all-powerful tech lord, and the sense of community softened his tech-bro-ishness too
