Urban Enclaves wants its residents to grow and be at ease through an enclave in the city that gives them room to thrive. This same emotional benefit can be carried to how layout is constructed. Ensure that composition is neat, using the key visual elements as well as the typography and color palette to help bring this out in branded materials.

Maintain a breathable, open layout

Depending on the constraints of the material and content, as much as possible allow content to breathe and have focus in a layout. Ensure that the hierarchy of information is clear and reading the material is smooth.

Observe hierarchy in typography

Regarding information hierarchy, having a hierarchy in typographic use can help make this clear. Be strategic and mindful in using either NaN Holo or Nunito Sans in layout to bring out what the reader or resident needs to understand.

Using colors and shapes to create space

Combine recommendations for the color and key visual shapes to design effective layouts. Either can be implemented to craft better frames for images and text.
