Overview

Inspired by the burnt wood used to fuel a campfire, charcoal-textured brushes provide character and variety to the composition. These brushes were used in the making of illustrations and flowy streaks that are present throughout the visual identity.

Construction

In order to use the brushes, simply use look for the “Scout’s Honor - Brushes.ai” file. These brushes can then be applied to different brand elements like new illustrations and additional streaks.

Usage

The brushes can be applied to the existing streaks and to new illustrations to provide different textures and variety to your compositions. To use the brushes, open the file “Scout’s Honor - Brushes.ai” and use the eyedropper tool on Adobe Illustrator to copy the brush style.
