Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
All disputed arising out of or in connection with this Terms of Service shall be finally settled under the Rules of tArbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (the “Rules”) by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with said Rules.
You expressly agree, pursuant to Article 30(2)(b) of the Rules, that the Expedited Procedure Rules shall apply irrespective of the amount in dispute.
The place of arbitration shall be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The language of the arbitration shall be English
