Intended outcomes

This section of the PAS 2035 report is an opportunity to lay out what you would like to achieve from the project, it looks at the outcomes rather than a particular measure you are interested in. This is a very useful exercise as there is often more than one way to achieve a goal and all the options should be considered rather than focussing on one way of achieving the goal such as Internal Wall Insulation.
