KFUPM Student Impact Hub is a platform that empowers students to collaborate on community service and social impact projects. It helps students connect with peers who share similar passions, find volunteering opportunities, and showcase their contributions to society, fostering a culture of leadership and positive change.

University administration Requirements Elicitation
We gathered the requirements for the KFUPM Student Impact Hub through a questionnaire designed to capture the needs of the and interviews with team members acting as stakeholders. Since direct access to real stakeholders was not feasible, we assumed stakeholder roles and answered the questionnaire based on their perspectives. The collected responses were analyzed to distinguish between functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the app’s necessary features and improvements. Below is the the questionnaire responses for all stakeholders.

Scenario: Sara is a KFUPM student who started using the new campus app to stay connected and manage her events. She opens the app and decides to create a new event related to the Chemical Engineering Club and she starts filling in the event details, such as the date and time. Then, she starts scrolling to find interesting events and comes across a workshop that interests her, so she joins it with just one click. While using the app, sarah has a few questions, so she chats with the AI assistant to help her in answering her academic inquires
