Active Convention registration covers the costs of:
Convention Registration Payment
The National Board Treasurer will issue chapters an invoice for Convention. Cash, checks and money order will no longer be accepted, unless chapter has prior approval from the International Leadership Board Treasurer. Payments must be made by the payment deadline. Failure to follow directions will result in a fine of $5 per sister per day. Extended delays for Regular Registration may also result in the deferment to Late Registration.

Attendance Requirements
For Convention 2022 only, the attendance requirement has been lowered from 51% to 45% of your Spring 2022 semester/quarter active house count as of February 13, 2022 for semester schools and April 10, 2022 for quarterly schools.
Failure to Meet the Minimum Requirement of 45% of Active House
Failure to meet the minimum requirement will result in a $275 (cost of late registration) per person under 45%.
Associate & Pre-Associate Chapters: at least 45% must be registered and present if applying for advanced status and/or to exercise voting privileges for regional governor and Board of Directors.
If the chapter sends at least 2 active delegates, your chapter will still be eligible to vote in elections and on policies at Convention.
