How do I create a personalized video?

Click on ‘Create video’ in the left menubar.
For step 1, enter in the email subject line, text content, and the text you’d like the video actor to speak.
In step 2, you will upload your contact list.
In step 3, you will select the image of the person you’d like to speak in your video.
In step 4 you’ll setup your e-mail server and send the personalized video emails.

How do I upload my contact list?

Click on the ‘create video’ link in the left menu.
On step 2, you’ll be asked to either select an existing contact list, or upload a new one.
Create a spreadsheet with each contact on a separate row using a tool like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Your columns should include ‘email_address’ (required) and any other columns you’d like to use in your email template.
Export your spreadsheet in comma-separated (CSV) format.
for Google Sheets, click on the File menu → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv)
for Microsoft Excel, click on the File menu → Save as → select File Format: CSV

How do I connect my Outlook or Gmail account to send emails?

For Gmail, use the following settings:
server:
port: 465
username: your gmail address
password: your password (if you have enabled 2FA, please use an app password following )
For Outlook, use the following settings:
server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
port: 587
username: your outlook email address
password: your Microsoft account password

How long does it take to create a video?

Typically about 1 minute.

Can I pick any person’s photo that I want to be the spokesperson in my video?

Yes! You have complete control. You can upload a profile picture of yourself, of another person (if you have their permission), or generate a photo using our built-in AI image generator.

Are the videos royalty and copyright free?

Yes, you can use the videos commercially without any royalties.
