Using the 420 Thanos Machine

Receive broken console.
Make note of defects.
Gather and take note of parts necessary to repair.
Repair (Person 1)
(May need to clean certain parts while the console is disassembled)
Number console with sticker & enter Console Type into Listing Manifest (L.M.)
Orient and label sticker like this:

Run Initial Test (Person 1)
When it passes, put yellow dot on number sticker & mark ITP checkbox in L.M.

Run Final Test (Person 2)
Remember to check that the system can be formatted without PIN or WIFI, but don’t actually format it yet.
If pass, put green sticker overlapping yellow sticker & mark FTP checkbox in L.M.

If Fail, mark the same way with red sticker, note failure point both on new sticker (place just below DS slot so it’s easy to pull off) and mark FTF in the L.M with detailed description in Quick Notes if necessary.

Red ‘flag’ & lettering will appear with FTF checked.

Return to Person 1 for repair.
Once fixed, Re-Perform Initial Test (Person 1)
If pass, place blue “MTP” (” Middle Test Passed”) sticker directly on top of the yellow ITP sticker & mark MTP in the L.M

Re-Run Final Test (Person 2): If pass, proceed; if fail, repeat.
Clean Outer Surfaces
Decide overall Condition Rating & enter into the L.M.
Take Condition Notes

Take detailed (but concise) notes of noticeable flaws by section, enter into the Condition Notes table in the expandable canvas.
If own terminology used, copy + paste brief explanation (in parentheses) from chart below blank Condition Notes table.
Remember to Mention and/or Address Anomalies such as;
Chewed-up charge port.
Gummy/Damaged Joycon
Any yellowing of screens
Missing rubbers
Toggle the “Desc Notes Taken” switch in the L.M. to highlight the canvas box grey.

Mark “Pics Taken” in the L.M.

Create listing Draft (Person 1):
Make copy of appropriate template draft
(Make sure to leave at least one copy of each template intact)
Enter number only for draft ‘skeleton’
Add number to end of custom SKU
If stopping here, mark console draft progress as “Started” in the L.M.

Fill in unique parts:
Edit Description Text Box:
Edit title in description heading with number, color, and condition rating.
Edit condition rating blurb.
Paste condition notes table from Coda canvas
edit addressal of “portion of parts which are original: all vs. ‘everything except for ( )”
Make sure to delete/edit pertinent items from the “What’s Included” section
Edit condition rating verbiage into condensed description view bar
Copy title heading & paste into title bar.
Check “Desc Up’d” box in the L.M.

Upload Pictures
Mark “Pics Up’d” in the L.M.

Approve Completed Listing Draft (Person 2)
(Look for yellow “Approved” flag beside the number)

Check Price:
Enter an appropriate price, varying by +/- $5 for each drop/rise in condition rating from the base “Good” rating average market price.
