Hello, I have received the details of your returns and would like to apologize for this error. I strive to reveal such flaws as accurately in my photos as possible, and it seems I did a bad job on these two listings. Unfortunately, this resulted in you being given the very type of misleading impression I try to avoid. Looking back at them now, I concur that the pictures detailing the screens should have been taken at an angle, to reveal the scratches you described as worse-than-pictured more clearly. If this method didn't work, I should have illuminated the screen cover from the side with a brighter flashlight to reveal what the floodlights couldn't. Also, the verbal description of flaws in the condition notes should have been relayed more accurately.
