Social Activities in onboarding

To make sure you get to know everyone as quickly as possible we ask you to do several things in your first couple of weeks. Please use this checklist to go through all of your social activities.

Have a virtual team lunch with a photo round

Have coffee with your social buddy and have at least one weekly check in with your social buddy

Have 2 cup of coffees per week with random colleagues

Post on LinkedIn that you started at MatcHR (with a picture of yourself!)

Organize one themed Zoom call: "crazy hat", "dress to impress", "glasses" etc.

Organize one virtual game for the team. Platforms you can use for example are letsdive.io or

Have one cup of coffee with both Maarten and Adriaan

Share one piece of content that is relevant to the team (article, webinar or general learning). See this example:

Share one Giphy at the end of each week of your onboarding in Whatsapp or via email on how your first week was with a small note why

Example:

Wow! What a first week! So much information, so many new impressions but what a great start! My biggest learning this week was how to use Loxo and SalesQL. I did have some problems with access to all the relevant systems but I am happy that everything is resolved. Looking forward to next week!
