Before you start

Welcome to the team!! We are very excited for you to start soon. To make your start as easy and smooth as possible we have created this onboarding schedule for you so you know what is expected of you, where you can find all relevant information and to get you up to speed as quickly as possible. Everybody remembers there first day at their new job... We are here to make this a day to remember with a smile :).

Before your 1st day

You have signed your job offer

You have a contract in place with MatcHR (or in the final stages)

You have a laptop/PC with access to Microsoft Office

You have access to your Outlook with a MatcHR email address

You have access to One Drive

You have a LinkedIn account

You have a Zoom account

You have access to Loxo (our ATS)

You have access to CODA (interactive manual we have designed especially for new people. In the manual you’ll find all the answers to practical questions you may have, and learn a bit more about our history and our culture.)

You are added to the Whatsapp group and our Slack channels (

You have read the ‘before you start’ section in Coda
