How to Create and Use Reusable Blocks in WordPress (Complete Guide)


To create a reusable block in WordPress, follow these steps:
In the WordPress dashboard, go to the "Blocks" menu in the left sidebar.
Click the "Add New" button to create a new block.
Add the content that you want to include in the reusable block. You can use any of the available block types, such as paragraphs, images, lists, etc.
Once you have added the content, click the "Save" button in the top right corner of the screen.
In the block editor, click the "More Options" button (three vertical dots) in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select "Add to Reusable Blocks".
In the "Add to Reusable Blocks" modal, give the block a name and click the "Add to Reusable Blocks" button.
Now that you have created a reusable block, you can add it to any post or page by following these steps:
In the block editor, click the "Reusable" tab in the left sidebar.
Click the block that you want to insert and it will be added to your post or page.
You can also manage your reusable blocks by going to the "Blocks > All Reusable Blocks" menu in the WordPress dashboard. Here, you can edit, delete, or export your reusable blocks as needed.
