Mechanics for including a Kill Team Roster as part of the Order of Battle
Battleforged Kill Team
A Kill Team Roster can be created at the start of the Campaign, this Command Roster follows the standard restrictions for creating a Battleforged Kill Team.
Your kill team must consist of at least three models, and no more than twenty models.
Your kill team must include one (and only one) Leader
Your kill team can include up to three other specialists
Your kill team cannot include more than the maximum of any particular model, as detailed on its datasheet.
All models must share a Faction keyword.
Your kill team cannot cost more than 100 points. Each model and each of their pieces of wargear has an associated points cost, as detailed in the points section for each Faction.
Command Roster
When you first create an Order of Battle, you gain 5 Requisition Points which may only be used to add Kill Team Command Rosters.
You may add Kill Team units to your Order of Battle by spending 1 Requisition Points, as with any other unit. The created Command Roster starts at 5 Power. It may contain any number of models (including up to one Leader and three other specialists), but has a Points Limit of 20 points per Power.
Commanders must be drawn from your Order of Battle, where they cost Power as the equivalent unit in 40k.
Crusade Cards
For each Specialist, Fire Team and Commander on your roster, you must maintain a separate Crusade Card. As normal, named characters, Swarms, and Drones do not gain experience or take Out of Action tests, and thus cannot earn Battle Honours, or Battle Scars.
All Models
Models added to a roster must have all options (such as wargear, powers known, and specialisms) selected when they are added to the roster. They cannot be changed thereafter, except by using a Requisition.
Models (and Fire Teams) gain experience in the following ways:
A model which participated in a battle gains 1 experience point. Fire Teams gain this bonus only if at least two models participated.
Each time an enemy model is is taken out of action, record a Kill Tally on your Crusade card. For each 3 tallies, gain 1 exp
A model or Fire Team ranks up at the following experience totals:

Specialists
Specialists are models with a Specialism - including Leader. A specialist is added at Level 1.
At the end of each game, if a specialist used a Tactic associated with their Specialism during the mission, they gain 1 experience point.
Specialists may take the following Battle Honour:
Level Up
Increase the level of this model’s specialism by 1, and choose one of the abilities from its ability tree. This does not increase the points cost of the model.
Fire Teams
Fire Teams are a grouping of models consisting of all non-specialist models drawn from the same datasheet. Fire Teams have a single Crusade card for all of its models, which share experience points, honours, and scars.
Commanders
Commanders gain 1 experience point at the end of any battle where they used a Tactic associated with their Specialism, and a further 1 exp if they used a Tactic associated with their datasheet.
