Filters allow you slice and dice your abstracted data similar to a reporting module. Examples of queries would be "only show leases expiring in the next 6 months" or "show all of my loans with prepayment requirements".
To begin filtering, select the Add Filter button.
Select the desired Abstract template to begin narrowing down your search.
After selecting an Abstract template, you can either click Apply or keep filtering the data set down.
You can apply multiple filters at once for more complex analysis. An example of this might be "show me all leases over 20,000 square feet AND an early termination option".
