Calculated based on two steps of a candidate’s journey:

While they figure out which learning path best suits them

Once they join one of the pre-training program

For the pilot implementation of this idea, we will

target candidates that exist in the current marketing database for first step of the journey

direct them to RevUp, if interested, for the second step
