To convert it to percentage, you need to make the denominator become 100 using multiplication. Which is basically 20, and multiply the numerator as well.
=
= 40%
Answer: 40%
Scenario 2#:
to percentage
Because 3 couldn’t multiply to 100, we will use a different method.
We will use the numerator and divide the denominator, which is 3.(3).
Now, we times it by 100, which we get 33.(3). Next just round it up to make 33, so 33% (if the question said to round up)
