Area of Parallelogram and Triangle

Area of Parallelogram = base * height

For example if the base of a parallelogram is 5cm, and the height is 6cm. Then the area is 30 cm squared.
Area of Triangle = base * height * 1/2

For example if the base is 12cm, the height is 10cm. The area is 12 * 10 * 1/2 = 120*1/2 = 60 cm squared.
