At Thrive, we’ve recently started bringing Resets into our own team cadence. Based on an idea from Stripe called “Spin the Wheel,” we now start meetings by randomly selecting one attendee to play their personal Reset. Not only does this help us reset and build deeper connections as a team, but it’s a fun way to begin meetings.
